Aethel Botanicals was founded out of genuine impatience with the mass-market supplement aisle. Too many commercial products relied on cheap synthetic vitamin isolates mixed into chalky tablets with magnesium stearate, artificial food glazes, and excessive packaging markups.
We decided to build an independent direct brand rooted in transparent procurement. By sourcing standardised elderberry and acerola fruit alongside gentle zinc bisglycinate, we pack pure active powders into clean fermented plant capsules. Every batch is visually inspected and hand-packed inside our Glasgow facility on West George Street.
Our business operates without retail middleman margins or inflated marketing claims. We respect our customers as informed adults who value clear ingredients, direct dispatch, and flexible purchasing options like payment on delivery.
