Ordering and contract

Your order registers upon finalizing the checkout sequence. We acknowledge your submission via email; sales agreements formalize upon parcel dispatch. We retain the right to decline orders due to stock exhaustion or unverified details, issuing an immediate refund for any collected funds.

Prices and payment

Listed charges appear in GBP inclusive of applicable VAT. Transport fees are calculated and shown at checkout prior to purchase. Permitted payment options: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the amount before shipment, granting you the choice to proceed or cancel.

Delivery

Product images and colours

We photograph the exact inventory we prepare and dispatch. Monitor calibration, software, and ambient lighting affect on-screen colours; minor tone variations do not count as defects and do not qualify for complimentary returns or credit. Transfer of risk

We retain full responsibility for your package until the carrier delivers it to you or your designated recipient at your delivery address. Risk of damage or loss transfers to you upon handover. Note any obvious outer damage directly with the driver and email our team within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

You can return unopened items within 30 days from delivery in line with the instructions on our Returns page. All food supplement products conform to statutory quality requirements under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, remaining merchantable and consistent with declared botanical labeling when maintained according to storage instructions.

• Customized or personalized botanical preparations made to individual customer specifications.
• Perishable wellness goods or items with a verified short shelf-life.
• Dietary supplements and consumable wellness items with unsealed or broken tamper-evident seals after delivery, excluded pursuant to United Kingdom health and biosecurity regulations.
• Items that have become inseparably mixed with other goods post-delivery.
• Digital wellness guides or electronic publications downloaded or unsealed by the customer.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by English law, total company liability is limited to the amount paid for the order or £100, whichever sum is greater. No clause in these conditions restricts statutory liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Governing law and disputes

The laws of England and Wales govern these Terms, and the courts of the United Kingdom maintain exclusive jurisdiction.
